Acknowledgements

I'm incredibly thankful to Anne Tudor for allowing me to embark on this project, and for her incredible enthusiasm along the way.

I'm hugely appreciative of the Ballarat Arts Foundation for awarding me the Isobella Foundation Award Grant, to help me fund the completion of my series.

Thank you to all the members of the 13 Moons Collective for inviting me to join the collective, and for all your hard work to achieve a great exhibition.

Back

I respectfully acknowledge the Traditional Owners and Custodians of this land. I recognise the Wadawurrung and Dja-Dja Wurrung People of the Kulin Nation as the rightful Custodians of the land of which I live and work. I recognise and respect their continual connection to the land, waters, and the environment, both physically and spiritually. I pay respects to Elders past, present and emerging, and extend this to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People. Australia was wrongly founded on the genocide and dispossession of First Nations Peoples. Sovereignty was never ceded.
